Filling the Needs of Your Customers
“Fill the needs of your customers . . . . and over time your
 customers will fill your needs.”
Lou Ludwig Motivational Power Quote, Sales and Management
Consultant, Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Falling the needs of your customers

The essential element of any successful business model is based on the quality of service . . . . that the business consistently delivers to their customers.

Quality customer service is delivered from the top down . . . . It’s supported through-out the business with high standards for the customer experience with their products and services that are offered.

The business that is customer centric . . . .  puts the needs of the customer’s first. Satisfying the needs of their customers is paramount for the business and moves the customer experience forward.

Satisfied customers bring long term benefits to your business. They will feel comfortable in returning to you to become a repeat customer. Also they will freely refer their sphere of influence to you creating additional business opportunities.

You will be judged and evaluated by the quality of your customer service

Put your energy into filling the needs of your customers . . . .  and you will attract word of mouth endorsements from your customers to take your business to the next level.

People Are One of Your Greatest Resources

Motivational Power Quote

People Are One of Your Greatest Resources
“Everything in the world we want to do or get done, we
must do with and through people.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 – 1989, Dean of Personal Development

As I see it . . . . . . .

People are one of your greatest resources

If you invest your time in networking and building solid relationships with people . . . . the people become a resource to booster you on your success journey.

Nurturing your relationship with people becomes an investment in your future . . . . and your relationships will become part of your sphere of influence and contribute to your long term success.

People in every aspect of your life have the capacity to become part of your future . . . .  and part of your support team. They will share your burden, lead you a helping hand and be there for you in your time of need.

In your daily life you’re interacting with people in many different capacities . . . . Treat the people the way that you want to be treated and they will respond in a like manor.

The relationship no matter if it’s brief the encounter or long standing it becomes, has the capacity to become a supportive and productive relationship for all involved.

People are one of your greatest resources . . . . and no matter what your trying to accomplish or do. People are involved . . . . make them a resource and they will help you to achieve what you want to achieve.

Diligence Creates Opportunities

Motivational Power Quote

Diligence Creates Opportunities
“Diligence is the mother of good fortune,
and idleness – its opposite –never led to good intention’s goals .”
 Miguel de Cervantes, writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Diligence creates opportunities

Some people have it and some don’t.

It’s acquired and will make a big difference in our relationships, in our customer relationships and the level of success that we achieve.

You can’t get it by reading a book or in hearing an audio program.

It comes from our heart and from our attitude of being of service to others.

Being diligence in our efforts leaves your footprints in the sands of time.

Having a reputation as being a diligent professional will help you in creating a sphere of influence and a growing list of raving fans.

When you care about your customers and when you do what you do for them with diligence you will stand out as a result of your actions.

Be willing to do a little more for your customers then they expect and do it consistently and people will seek you out.

Diligence is the key that opens doors and diligence creates opportunities.

Good Listeners

Motivational Power Quote

Good Listeners
“Without question, the art of listening is one of the
most underestimated keys to success.
I want you to stop and think about the friends and
you really enjoy being with,
the bosses you you’ve enjoyed working for,
and I’d e willing to bet they all have one thing in common . . .
they’re good listeners.”
Mac Anderson, Founder Simple Truth, Successories

As I see it . . . . . . .

Good listeners

Good listeners will inherit the earth and control the negotiation process. Oh well they may not inherit the earth but they will make a lot money in their career as result of their listening skills.

A good listener will hear what others miss and gather a great deal of information by listening. They will also create lasting business relationships by listening and understanding their customers’ needs.

As a result of their listening skills they will build rapport with the people they meet. They will also create a large sphere of influence to draw on for future business and referrals.

Good listeners stand out in their profession simply by the fact that they listen. A good listener will do more business, make more money and become more successful.

Your Associations Will Impact Your Life

Motivational Power Quote

Your Associations Will Impact Your Life
“Get around people who have something of value to share with you.
Their impact will continue to have a significant effect on your life
long after they have departed.”
Jim Rohn, Self-help expert

As I see it . . . . . . .

Your associations will impact your life

We will be judged by the people that we associate with. Associated with positive people and we will be judged as a mirror image of that person.

Surround yourself with people with strong character and they will cast a long shadow in our direction.

The people that we elect to associate with will impact our life, our business endeavors and our reputation.

Choose your associations carefully. Build a network of positive people with strong values that will be there to support you when it’s needed and be there for you in your hour of need.

As important as it is for others to be there for you, it’s equally important to create a network of people that your there for them. When you create a network of people that you’re willing to nurture and help without looking for something in return you expand your sphere of influence and in time everyone comes out a winner.

Your associations will impact your life and you get to choose the direction that your life takes.
