The Time is Also Right

The Time is Also Right

“The time is always right to do what is right.”

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 1929 – 1968, American

Clergyman, Activist – Prominent Civil Rights Leader

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The time is also right

We are faced with decisions everyday . . . . some will be small and some have the impact that can change people’s lives.

The size and importance of the decisions are not as important as doing what is right.

When the time comes to make a decision . . . . do what’s right and you won’t have to look back and you can let your actions speak for you.

When it comes right down to it there’s the time is also right . . . . to do the right thing.

We Discover Our True Purpose in Our Time of Adversity

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands

in the moments of comfort and convenience,

but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 1929 – 1968, Clergyman, Prominent Leader of the American Civil Rights Movement,

As I see it. . . . . . . .

We discover our true purpose in our time of adversity

The ultimate measure of a man is to find their true purpose and to lead a life purpose and fulfillment.

A man builds his character and finds his purpose in the times of adversity when he stands strong in the winds of challenge.

Your true strengths will come to the surface in the challenging times in your life and guide you and your principals to make the right decisions.

The ultimate measure of a man . . . . . . . is found in how he responds to the adversity that he faces in his life.

We discover our true purpose in our time of adversity and they become the driving principles in your life.

Greatness in is the Eyes of the Customer

Motivational Power Quote

Greatness in is the Eyes of the Customer

“Everyone has the power of greatness.

Not for fame, but greatness.

Because greatness is determined by service”

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 1929 -1968, civil rights leader, clergyman,

As I see it . . . . . . .

Greatness is in the eyes of the customer

How our customers judge us becomes the foundation for our business and future success.

The single biggest differentiator in our customer’s eyes is the quality of our service.

Average customers service will put us out of business. Customers will no longer accept average as an acceptable standard. When a customer sees our service as average they will disappear as quickly as snow melts in Florida in July.

Good customer service is viewed by our customers as just enough to get by. Some customers will stay with good customer service for awhile but as soon as something better comes along they are gone.

Exceptional customer service has become the standard for what customers are looking for. Exceed your customers expectations and they will view your customer service as exceptional. Miss their expectations and they will look at your service as average.

Greatness is in the eyes of the customer and they will judge us on the level of the customer service that we delivery to them and if we meet or exceed their expectations.

We Will be Judged by Where We Stand in Challenging Times

We Will be Judged by Where We Stand in Challenging Times

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

We will be judged by where we stand in challenging times

We will not be judged for where we stand in the good times or in the calm waters of the port.

The true character of a man is developed in sailing in the rough water of their life. He who can successfully navigate the challenges and the rough waters builds there character.

We will be measured by our character and where we stand is the mist of our challenges.

Stand strong and face your challenges with confidence.

We will be judged by where we stand in challenging times and in those we will build and develop our character.
