Open Your Mind to New Ideas and Opinions

Motivational Power Quote

Open Your Mind to New Ideas and Opinions
“New opinions are always suspected and usually opposed, without
any other reason but because they are not common.”
John Locke 1632 – 1704, British Philosopher, Physician

As I see it . . . . . . .

Open your mind to new ideas and opinions

The only thing in life that constant is change . . . . and the fastest way to fall behind the curve is to keep your thinking focused on the past.

You either have to open your mind and embrace new ideas and opinions to be on the leading edge of change to succeed . . . . or you don’t and you will be left behind by it.

When you open your mind to new ideas and opinions . . . . you are stepping into the future better equipped to handle the challenges in a shifting business environment.

Those that embrace change with an open mind will find themselves . . . . on the pathway to succeed. For those that are not willing to adapt to new concepts will find themselves falling off the pace and being left further behind.

Open your mind to new ideas and opinions . . . . and you will find yourself moving to the front of your profession and  creating opportunities that others are missing.

New Ideas and Success Are Outside of the Comfort Zone

Motivational Power Quote

New Ideas and Success Are Outside of the Comfort Zone

“While executives and managers say they
want new ideas and new thinking
from their employees,
their actions indicate otherwise.
New ideas are disruptive, they’re messy,
And they challenge the status quo,
they require take chances and increased risk,
and they push everyone out of their comfort zone.”
Ken Blanchard, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

New ideas and success are outside of the comfort zone
Inside our comfort zone is more of the same old thing. If you’re looking for greater success you have to look outside of your comfort zone.

To cultivate new thinking and new ideas we have give up the safety of our comfort zone and step into the possible zone.

People will not always embrace your new ideas because they challenge the person’s status quo and they feel safer staying in their comfort zone.
Don’t allow other person comfort zone to deter your creative thinking and you’re nurturing of new ideas.
New ideas and success are outside of the comfort zone to achieve greater success take the step.

Grasp Opportunity

  Motivational Power Quote

Grasp Opportunity

“What is opportunity, and when does it knock?
It never knocks.
You can wait a whole lifetime listening,
hoping, and you will hear no knocking.
None at all.
You are opportunity, and you must
knock on the door leading to your destiny.
You prepare yourself to recognize opportunity,
to pursue and seize opportunity as you
develop the strength of your personality,
and build a self-image with
which you are able to live –
with your self-respect alive and growing.”
Maxwell Maltz, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Grasp opportunity

Opportunities are all around us, but we have to stay alert to recognize them. We may find opportunities disguised as hard work and it may be wearing overalls but never the less they are opportunities.

Stay alert; becomes some opportunities only present themselves to us one time. If we don’t grasp them they can pass us by as quickly as a blink of an eye.

Become an opportunity magnet and seek them out and they will be there for you will find them. Many times you’ll find opportunities in unlikely places.

Keep an open mind and be receptive to new opportunities and new ideas and by grasping those new opportunities you will create your future and your destiny.
