Master the Situation

Master the Situation
“To be a great leader and to always master of the situation one
must of necessity have been a great thinker in action.
An eagle was never yet hatched from a goose’s egg.”
James Thomas, Basketball player

As I see it . . . . . . .

Master the situation

Five of the critical elements of mastering the situation . . . . is to think clearly . . . .  make good decisions . . . . remain composed . . . .  act on the situation with purpose . . . . and to stick with it until you achieve successful results.

Thinking clearly . . . . allows you to look at the situation as it really is and to formulate a plan to create a successful outcome.

Making decisions . . . . Comes in clear thinking . . . . and in not overacting to the situation. In responding to the situation, with a plan and a course on action to resolve the situation successfully . . . . you will make far better decisions.

Remain composed . . . . No matter how intense the situation becomes remain the calmest person in the room and you will remain focused on the solution to situation.

Act on the situation . . . . with the purpose of removing it . . . . Correcting it . . . . adjusting it . . . . and putting it behind you.

Stick with it . . . . until you create a successful outcome.

You can meter the situation . . . . when you look at it realistically . . . . and focus you efforts on finding a successful outcome.

Remain Composed in All Circumstances

Motivational Power Quote

Remain Composed in All Circumstances
“Nothing gives one person so much advantage over another
as to remain always cool and unruffled under all circumstances.”
Thomas Jefferson 1743 - 1826, third President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Remain composed in all circumstances

Being composed in the conditions that you find yourself in creates a strategic advantage in your personal life and in your business.

When you’re composed you become poised in your negotiating and you will create an advantage in your negotiating and put yourself in the position of creating a successful outcome.

The person that loses control of their emotions in the negotiating process loses control of their composer and will find themselves at a disadvantage.

The person that remains calm in and composed will remain in control of their emotions. They will create a strategic advantage through being composed and by not become emotionally unraveled by the conditions that they find themselves in.

Remain composed in all circumstances and you will find yourself making far better decisions . . . . and you will put yourself in a position in achieving a successful outcome.

Remain Composed Under Pressure

Motivational Power Quote

Remain Composed Under Pressure
“Pressure makes diamonds.”
General George Patton

As I see it . . . . . . .

Remain composed under pressure

We are very much like a diamond and our true self will be molded under pressure.

At one time or another will come under some form of pressure some being very intense and some just in passing.

Our lives will be formed under intense pressure. How we handle the intense pressures in our lives and how we work our way through those intense pressures will determine who we become and how high we soar.

Being composed in any situation creates a strategic advantage in your personal life and in your business.

Remain composed under pressure and you will remain in control of your emotions and make far better decisions in controlling the outcome.
