The difference in the extra yard . . . . is the difference between making a first down or having to punt the ball to the other team.

In other words the difference . . . . of the extra yard on the listing appointment is the difference in having a saleable listing or a listing that won’t sell.

The extra yard with buyers is the difference . . . . in forming a productive business relationship built on mutual trust and rapport. Or having a business relationship that breakdown that leads to unsatisfactory results.

The extra yard in your business is the differences between standing in the winner’s circle or standing in crowd.

A person that is determined to succeed pushes past their known limits. They will stretch themselves to greater heights and will continue to stretch their limits.

They don’t know the word defeat and will continue to push forward in the direction of their goals. They view obstacles, setbacks and failure as a temporary condition and push pass them keeping their eyes on their objectives.


You will find those people standing in the winners circle of life and realize that they, may not be the most educated, they may not have the most talent and they may not be the most skilled.


What they do have is determination and their determination is so strong that it becomes the driving force on their success journey. They have a singleness of purpose and focus their energy on their goals.


People with determination succeed where others won’t because their determination won’t let them quit on their goals or on themselves.
