Worry Blocks The Sunshine Out of Your Life

Motivational Power Quote

Worry Blocks The Sunshine Out of Your Life
“Worry often gives a small thing a big Shadow.”
Swedish Proverb

As I see it . . . . . . .

Worry blocks the sunshine out of your life

When you worry it brings clouds into your life . . . . and in time the clouds will block the sunshine out of your life.

Worrying creates darkness into your thinking and attitude. It will distort your decision making . . . . and has the ability to mentally disable you into a depression.

Worrying will not cure a condition . . . . in fact worrying can make the condition appear far worst then it really is. When you’re worrying your focus is in the wrong direction . . . . no amount of worrying  will make the condition better.

When you worry you create a, lose – lose condition in your life.

There are things that come into your life that are important . . . . and things that pass through your life quickly . . . . focus on what’s important.

Also things come into your life that you can control . . . . and there are things that you have no control over. Focus on what you can control.

Worry blocks the sunshine out of your life . . . . Worry won’t cure the condition or make it better. Focus on what’s important and in what you can control and you will reduce the worry in your life and let the sunshine back into your life.
