You Don’t Always Have to be Right
“Let go of your attachment to being right, and suddenly your
mind is more open. You’re able to benefit from the unique
viewpoints of others without being crippled by
your own judgment.”
Ralph Marston, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

You don’t always have to be right

You don’t always have to be right . . . .  to be successful . . . . and to life a full life.

It’s a far better idea to be able to look at the big picture . . . . and to make good decisions.

Having to be right clouds the decision making process by trying to back into the decision based on you being right . . . . It’s missing the big picture of making the decision good decisions . . . . on the facts.

Open your mind to the fact that you may not also be right 100% of the time. Look at the facts . . . . and ask for other peoples input and opinions . . . . and you will broaden your view and decision making.

The key is . . . . to sort and weigh all the information and to make the best decision you can based on the facts.

It takes person that is self-confident to listen to other people and big enough to admit that other people can have the right answer.

You don’t always have to be right . . . . but you do have to make good decisions.

When You Take Charge of Your Life
“When you take charge of your life, there is no longer need
to ask permission of other people or society at large.
When you ask permission you give someone veto
power over your life.”
Geoffrey F. Albert, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

When you take charge of your life

When you take charge of your life . . . . you take responsibility for the direction of your life and your success.

You become the driver of your success journey . . . . You’re sitting behind the wheel and you’re making the decision to apply the gas or to step on the brake.

Taking charge of your life is a liberating experience . . . . You will find that you are far more resourceful then you once thought you were . . . . You will also find out that your life in the hands of the person that it should be in  . . . . your hands.

You don’t have to ask permission to take charge of your life . . . . just do it and you will feel the air lifting you to new heights.

When you take charge of your life . . . . you release your personal power to fuel your life forward and in the direction of your goals.

The Purpose of Learning is Personal Growth

The Purpose of Learning is Personal Growth
“The purpose of learning is growth, and our mind, unlike our
bodies, our mind can continue growing as we continue to live.”
Mortimer Adler 1902 – 2001, American philosopher,
Educator, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

The purpose of learning is personal growth

Your mind is like a state of the art computer . . . . there a massive amount of storage space for the input of knowledge and data.

The data in your mind can be expanded at any time you choose to expand it and drawn on at command.

Here’s the key . . . .

Expanding your knowledge through continuous learning keeps your mind active . . . .  and you mind becomes like a sponge and assorts the information and expands.

As you use your mind and continue to learn . . . . your mind sorts the information and files it away . . . . and becomes available to you on demand.

The purpose of learning is personal growth . . . . the purpose of personal growth in to continually make you better at what you do . . . . and in time you will master what it is that you do.

What Binds One Binds All

What Binds One Binds All
“It is strangely absurd to suppose that a million human beings,
collected together are not under the same moral laws which
bind each of them separately.”
Thomas Jefferson 1743 – 1826, 3rd President of the United States,
American Founding Father, Principal Author of the
Decoration of Independent

As I see it . . . . . . .

What binds one binds all

As the laws of the land binds one binds all  . . . . not in carve outs or in special exceptions. The laws bind all equally.

As the law of the land binds all . . . . For over 100 years the Realtors® Code of Ethics binds all Realtors® to a set of higher standard and values in the real estate profession.

In 17 Articles plus the Standards of practice over a million Realtors® abide and set a professional standard for their behavior for the world to see and judge them by.

When real estate business is to be transacted . . . . look to the Realtors® for a higher standards in the real estate profession.

What binds one binds all . . . . Realtors® in a real estate transaction.

therefore you behave and feel in patterns.”
Med Jones, President of International Institute of
Management

As I see it . . . . . . .

Forming success pattern

You will go through your day repeating the patterns of your past without give your actions much thought.

The patterns have been created in your thinking. They reside in the sub-conscious reaches of your mind . . . . and in your thought patterns.

Your patterns can be having a positive impact on your life . . . . and contributing to your success. Or your patterns can be creating barriers in your life . . . . and keeping success out of your reach.

In either case no matter if you’re moving forward . . . . or falling behind your patterns have an enormous impact on which direction your moving in.

Forming success patterns . . . . becomes an essential part of which direction your moving in and if your patterns will support you . . . . on your success journey to reach your goals.

Look at your daily activities and indentify the patterns that are contributing to your success and supporting your efforts to move forward. They’re your strengths and need to be nurtured to maximize the return on those patterns.

Take a tough look at the patterns that are returning minimal results or no results at all. Start to remove those patterns and replace them with new productive patterns at will have a positive impact in your success.

Forming success patterns . . . . will keep your success journey moving in the right direction . . . . and create forward momentum in your career.

You Have to See it First

You Have to See it First
“Self-Confidence is the most attractive quality a person can
have. How can anyone see how awesome you are if you
can’t see it yourself?”
Author Unknown

As I see it . . . . . . .

You have to see it first

Self-confidence is a very interesting attribute . . . . for others to see it in you . . . . you first have see it yourself.

In challenging conditions when you have self-confidence you will show your poise . . . . and take control of the condition. This will become an enormous asset in successfully resolving the condition.

There’s Only One Person Responsible For Your Success

There’s Only One Person Responsible For Your Success
“The list of reason for not doing very well is actually a
very short list. It should contain only your name.”
Larry Winget, Motivational Author and Speaker,
From the Book “You’re Broke Because You Want to be”

As I see it . . . . . . .

There’s only one person responsible for your success

You can look around for someone to blame for the condition . . . . or you can except the fact of the conditions . . . . and that the responsible to live with the condition or to change the condition.

It stills comes down to one person. That person is you . . . . and you are responsible for your success and the direction that your success journey is moving in.

Once you accept the responsible for the conditions in your life . . . . Everything changes . . . . for the better.

By accepting responsible . . . . you are taking control of your success journey . . . . and for the successes you achieve and for your failures. By doing so you change the way your thinking and become the navigator of your success journey.

There’s only one person responsible for your success . . . . That person is you.
