Create a lasting first impression


The first several seconds of meeting a new customer for the first time will either make or break the relationship.


In meeting a customer for the first time they will make a subconscious decision within the few several seconds if the like us or will consider doing business with us. If the answer to either one of the questions is no, there will be no business relationship.


Our first impression is a lasting impression with the customers we meet. Within several seconds they will determine if there will be a business relationship or just a short conversation.


A first impression will either open a door of opportunity for us or that door will remain closed to us.


Be prepared to make a great first impression with the goal of establishing a solid business relationship.
We have one only opportunity to make a lasting first impression and we will either make or lose it within several seconds of meeting a customer.
