We start to overcome procrastination the moment that we create clear and precise written goals.
Written goals create a road map for us to follow and a time line to achieve our goals. Those written goals also creates personal accountable on achieving our objectives.
Written goals creates a purpose to pursue and an action plan to carry out as we successfully carry out our actions steps we move closer to achieving our goals and success.
Our written goals keep us on purpose with a far more productive use of our time. As we become focused on our goals we overcome procrastination and we increase our productivity.
We overcome procrastination by changing our old habits and replacing them wit new activities.
Our written goals become the new activity that will help us to overcome procrastination.
Procrastination is a state of mind; change your thinking and you will remove the procrastination.
