Motivational Power Quote
Making a Decision
“Making a decision usually means taking
one of two roads.
one is doing the right thing.
To take the other road, you have to sit
back and spin a story
around the decision or action you are
taking.
If you find yourself thinking of an
elaborate justification
for what you’re doing, you are not doing
the right thing.”
Wayne Sales, Business Executive
As I see it . . . . . . .
Making a decision
There is always a choice in making a
decision.
We can make the decision to do the right
thing or we can make a decision to take the easy way out.
Making the decision to the right thing
leaves footprint that lead back to us. Some people may not agree with us, but
we know that we have done the right thing and our footprints will lead back to
a reputation of integrity and being seem as a person of character.
Taking the easy way out in the decision
making process can easily turn into a nightmare of regret.
When people find out that we shirted the
issues to make an politically correct decision it will have a negative effect
on professional image, our reputation and our standing in the business
community.
We always have a choice in making a
decision and we will carry those decisions with us into the future.
