As I see it . . . . . . .

Talent is like electricity

Every person is born with talent.

Like electricity your talent is always there some people realize that and make the most of their talent while other seen to be looking for the switch to turn it on.

To maximize the use of your talent you have to direct your talent in the right direction and plug your goals into it to keep them energized.

Having talent and not directing it is like leaving the lights on when no one is in the room. The meter is spinning, the electricity is going to be wasted and no one benefits.   

Talent is like electricity have to turn it on, have a purpose and when you make the best use of it with a purpose you will experience a big benefit.
