Motivational Power Quote
Maturity is Taking Personal Responsibility
“Maturity is the ability to do a job
whether
or not you are supervised,
to carry money without spending it,
and to bear an injustice without
reacting to get even.”
Ann Launders 1918 – 2002, columnist
As I see it . . . . . . .
Maturity is taking personal responsibility
Personal reasonability is doing what has
to be done when nobody is around to know what’s you’re doing.
It’s putting in an extra effort when you
can slide by without any effort.
Maturity is acting like a professional
because you are one and doing what has to done even when you’re not asked.
The way you handle yourself and your
activities becomes a reflection of who you are and the level of maturity that
you have achieved.
When you take personal responsibility
for what you do you have elevated the levels of maturity in yourself and that
maturity will be seem by the people that you come in contact with. They will
see you as a professional and someone to be counted on.
Maturity is taking personal
responsibility and as a result you will stand out in your profession.
