Motivational Power Quote
How You Feel About Yourself
“Feeling sorry for yourself, and your
present condition, is not only
a waste of energy but the worst habit
you could possibility have.”
Dale Carnegie 1888 – 1955, Motivational
Author and Speaker
As I see it . . . . . . .
How you feel about yourself
How you feel about yourself . . . . is
reflected in your self-image and speaks volumes on who you are today and the
life that your currently leading.
How you think about yourself is a habit
. . . . that’s formed in your thinking. That habit can product unlimited thinking
and endless possibilities . . . . or trap you in a world of limited beliefs and
results.
Feeling sorry for yourself . . . . is
the inner belief that you are a victim. That belief becomes imbedded in your
thinking and becomes a habit of limited beliefs in yourself and in your
ability.
That habit will create a downward spiral
in your life . . . . until you face the habit of being a victim. Make the
commitment to yourself that you had enough and break the habit of feeling sorry
for yourself.
You need to move away from the people in
your life that are trying to make you a victim . . . . or change the
relationship.
No one has the right to make you a
victim unless you give them the right to do so by your actions.
How you feel about yourself . . . . is
part of your self-image. You can change that image anytime you make up your
mind to do it . . . . when you commit yourself to do it.
