A kind word will brighten a person’s day with the warmth of sunshine . . . . and

change the course of their life.

A kind word from you may be the only . . . . the only one that they may ever hear.

People are quick to criticize . . . . and very slow to have a kind word.

Let your words praise good effort . . . . and let your words be kind and encouraging when their efforts fall short.

Your kind words may take a moment to say . . . . but when they come from your heart they can last a lifetime.

A leader can demand excellence . . . . but when their words are kind they encourage excellences.

Kind words never get old . . . . they mature and create value in peoples lives.
