Your habits will a powerful force to
lift you and support you on your success journey . . . . or they become a powerful
weight that hinders your forward progress.
Your form your habits and . . . . then
you live them.
In sports as well as in many areas of
life the truth is. . . . how you practices forms a habit on how you will
perform in the field of play or in your business.
Perfect practice makes you better at
what they do . . . . and how you practice becomes permanent.
Overtime a professional athletes and
business professional can get away from the fundaments and form bad habits.
In sports the coach’s will work with the
athlete to replace the bad habit and to return them back to the productive fundaments
and to what they call the proper mechanics.
The athlete that can successful break their bad habits becomes
productive on the field of play.
The athletes that can’t break their bad
habit very likely become less productive in their profession and shorten their
career.
Business professionals operate in the
same paradigm and can slip away from the fundaments and form bad habits.
The business professional that
recognizes that shift can make a conscious decision to change the habits that
holding them back.
Habits can be changed through attending

want. The investment that you make in changing bad habits will be returned to
you with dividend and reshape your future.
