The powerful forces of habits

What you repeatedly do day in and day out forms your habits . . . .

Your habits will a powerful force to lift you and support you on your success journey . . . . or they become a powerful weight that hinders your forward progress.

Your form your habits and . . . . then you live them.

In sports as well as in many areas of life the truth is. . . . how you practices forms a habit on how you will perform in the field of play or in your business. 

Perfect practice makes you better at what they do . . . . and how you practice becomes permanent.

Overtime a professional athletes and business professional can get away from the fundaments and form bad habits.

In sports the coach’s will work with the athlete to replace the bad habit and to return them back to the productive fundaments and to what they call the proper mechanics.  The athlete that can successful break their bad habits becomes productive on the field of play.

The athletes that can’t break their bad habit very likely become less productive in their profession and shorten their career.

Business professionals operate in the same paradigm and can slip away from the fundaments and form bad habits.

The business professional that recognizes that shift can make a conscious decision to change the habits that holding them back. 

Habits can be changed through attending related seminars or workshops and in a change of attitude. Also business professional will find that personal development audio programs, reading self-help books and other related reading material will have a positive impact on changing old and bad habits.

Bad habits are form over time . . . . Changing those habits will take both time and effort to produce the desired change you want. The investment that you make in changing bad habits will be returned to you with dividend and reshape your future.
