As I see it . . . . . . .

Are you providing your customers value?

The answer to that question will determine if your customers will return to you and do business with you again . . . .  Or if you’re operating a business model based on a onetime business relationship of no repeat business or referrals.

A business that doesn’t provide value to their customers will not have roots in the mind of their customers . . . . and doesn’t create a compelling reason for the customer to return.

The value and the quality of the service that you provide your customers is the foundation to creating satisfied customers. When your service meets and exceeds your customer’s expectations they will become raving fans and want to return and do business with you in the future.

When you provide value the business will thrive . . . . Without value the business won’t survive.

The question is . . . . are you providing your customers value . . . . in their eyes?
