As I see it . . . . . . .
Effective problem solving
The key components of effective problem solving
are . . . .
Isolate the problem . . . .
Determine the root cause of the problem.
Ask yourself how the problem will affect
you . . . . and or your business?
Will the problem cure itself . . . . satisfactorily?
Does the problem create any immediate
threat to you . . . . and or your company?
What’s the best course of action to
successfully resolve the problem?
Take the personal responsibility for
solving the problem . . . .
If you start to look around for who you
can blame for the problem . . . . Your wasting your time . . . . your energy . . . . and resources
looking in the wrong direction.
Manage the problem . . . . by
determining the best course of action to
resolve the problem . . . . and what resources will be needed to being the
problem to a successful conclusion.
Prioritize the problem in their order of
importance . . . . and act on it accordingly.
Effective problem is focusing on the
solutions to the problem and not becoming mired in the problem.
