As I see it . . . . . . .

When no one is looking

Character is earned . . . . in the many things that you do when no one is looking.

Character is in doing the right thing . . . . even when there’s no one there to see what your doing . . . .  and you can slide by doing less.

There are two very important elements of character . . . . One is the way others see you and the other is the way you see yourself.

How others see you is through and accumulation of your actions. They will make a decision if they can trust you . . . . if they see you as a honest person . . . . and if you put their needs ahead of your own interests. Most of all do they see you has a person of character and someone they would business with?

How do you see yourself?

Are you consistently meeting and exceeding your customers expectations . . . . or are your services falling short.

Are you delivering on your commitments to your customers?

The way the customers see you is there perception of you . . . . and there perception is there really.

How you see yourself . . . . is your self-image.

When you look at yourself as it relates to your service to others . . . . can  you look at it through the prism of being honest with yourself.

Only when you can be honest with yourself . . . .  when no one is looking can you establish a reputation and earn the title of being a person of character.
