“To satisfy our customers needs we’ll give them what
they want, not what we want to give them.”
Steve James, actor, stunt man
As I see it. . . . . . . .
A bridge of understanding
When you listen to your customers you
build a bridge of understanding and rapport. In that understanding you discover
the true needs of the customers . . . . and there true motivation.
Knowing and understanding your customer’s
needs are the stepping stones to satisfying their needs . . . . and in creating a successful and productive business
relationships.
In understanding your customer’s needs
you put yourself into the position to be better able to give your customers
what they want . . . . and to successfully do business with them.
A bridge of understanding . . . . is built in proactively listening to your
customers. In your listening you will build
that bridge of understand your customers . . . . needs . . . . motivation . . . . and in finding the best to service
their needs to give them what they want.
