That attitude then becomes the bar of excellence that you have established for your business . . . . and means to measure your service and yourself by.

Attitude determines the degree of your service . . . .

The bar that you set for the level of your services that you provide for your customers . . . . establishes the standards for your customers expectations. They become the standards that you and your business will be measured by.

Your attitude determines the degree of your service . . . . and from the foundation of your attitude you will either build your business on bedrock or quicksand.
