As I see it . . . . . . .
The extra yard
The difference in the extra yard . . . .
is the difference between making a first down or having to punt the ball to the
other team.

saleable listing or a listing that won’t sell.
The extra yard with buyers is the
difference . . . . in forming a productive business relationship built on
mutual trust and rapport. Or having a business relationship that breakdown that
leads to unsatisfactory results.
The extra yard in your business is the
differences between standing in the winner’s circle or standing in crowd.
