Let the sunshine light your way

Let the sunshine warm your day and draw you towards the opportunities.

Face the sun . . . . and the shadows of you obstacles will be behind you.

You will face cloudy days in your life . . . . By looking forward you will put your obstacles behind you and the sun will come out to light your way.

Where the sun is in your life . . . . is found in your attitude.

With a positive attitude . . . . You will let the sunshine light your way to achieve your goals and to living your dreams. With a negative attitude and mindset you will  creates shadows in your life and block the sunshine  out of your life.

Read the Sellers Body Language . . . . Part I

As I see it . . . . . . .

Read the body language . . . .

When a person is speaking to you they are communicating with you in words . . . . But the real communication is coming from their body language.

The way a person is sitting when you’re having a conversation tells a lot about what they’re thinking.

You’re in the middle of your listing presentation and you’re reviewing the CMA and the pricing of the home with the sellers and they push back from the table. You instinctively ask the customers if they have any questions and they tell you no.

There words are telling that they have no questions . . . . But the moment they pushed away from the table there body language is telling you that they disconnected from the presentation and that they disagree with what you’re saying about the pricing.

When you read the body language you’ll able to pick up on what the body telling you . . . .  You’re able to go back and review the information and have the sellers tell what they are thinking and

When you read the body language . . . . You are better able to understand  the sellers and to get the listing presentation back on track. And to work your way through the sellers concerns about the pricing.

Success is achieved when you’re proactive in seeking out new opportunities and when you make the most of the opportunities that you uncover.

Look at your opportunities as an opportunity to open new doors to achieving greater levels of success.

Make the choice to maximize your efforts to achieve you desired outcome. See your opportunities as stepping stones to a brighter future.

It becomes your choice to succeed and achieve and at what level.

As you think you become . . . . What you think becomes the basis for your actions and you think you become.

Your thoughts become the frame work for your attitude. Your attitude will put the wind into your sails to achieve greater success. Or your attitude will tell that it will be easier to stay in port and not venture out and try.

Your attitude becomes the foundation for your actions.

Your actions become the roadmap for the direction that your career will take. Your actions will become a reflection of what you achieve over the long haul. When you focus your actions on what’s important in your life and on your success journey you will lead a life of purpose and direction.

If you want the prize – you have to go after it


The first step in getting the prize is to start and then go after the prize with a purpose.


The prize is there, but it won’t be dropped off to us. If you want the prize you have to go out and get it.

The road to the prize has many twists and turns but the prize is there for us if we remain focused on getting the prize and not side tracked with the obstacles we encounter.

To reach the prize is and you have to commit yourself to pursue the prize with a persistent effort until you achieve the desires outcome.


If you want the prize you have to be willing to stay the course and consistently move in the direction of the prize.
