Strive to Do Your Very Best

Motivational Power Quote

Strive to Do Your Very Best
“I was taught to strive not because they were any guarantees of
success, but because the act of striving is in itself the only way
to keep faith with life .”
Madeleine Albright, United States Secretary of State

As I see it . . . . . . .

Strive to do your very best

There may not be guarantees in life . . . . but there are truths in life.

Truth #1 When your committed and determined to achieve your goals  . . . .  You will find a way to successfully achieve them.

Truth #2 The person without goals . . . . has no beacon to guide them and their career will lack a sense of focused direction. Their best never comes to the surface because . . . . they can’t define their purpose and they won’t have a clear target to aim for.

Truth #3 You will bring your very best to the surface when you can verbalize your goals in writing and you make the commitment . . . . to yourself that you will achieve them.

Truth #4 Striving to do your very best . . . . elevates your standards and expectations to a higher plane.

Truth #5 There are no guarantees in life . . . . but you put odds in you favor to succeed . . . . when you strive to do your very best in the things you do.

The Challenge is What Drives You

Motivational Power Quote

The Challenge is What Drives You
“When you remove the risk, you remove the challenge.
When you remove the challenge, you wither on the vine.”
Alex Lowe 1958 – 1999, Mountaineer

As I see it . . . . . . .

The challenge is what drives you

Think about it . . . . When you’re facing a challenge do you step up your game and dig in to overcome the challenge?

When the answer is yes . . . . your driven to overcome your challenges.

Real estate professionals look at a challenge as an opportunity to show their stuff . . . . They step up their game . . . . put it in overdrive and find a solution.

Challenges are those moments when you separate yourself from the crowd . . . . to become a professional problem solver. Many times you will go over and above what your customers expects you to do to get the job successfully done for them.

The challenge drives a real estate professional . . . . to elevate the level of their service and to go the extra mile on their customer’s behalf.

When you find you find that your challenge is what drives you . . . . you will find that you’re on the cutting edge of your profession.

Bundled Upped Emotions

Motivational Power Quote

Bundled Upped Emotions
“The key is to not resist or rebel against emotions or to try
to get around them by devising all sort of tricks, but to
accept them directly as they are.”
Takahisa Kora, MD

As I see it . . . . . . .

Bundled upped emotions

I see it in the homeowners everyday who are going through the emotions of . . . . being forced to sell their homes through a short sale or there about to lose their home through a foreclosure.

Their stomachs are tied in knots . . . . and their emotions can be off the charts with big mood swings.

I’m seeing far too many homeowners with bundled upped emotions . . . . and they are beating themselves up and have a negative impact on their life and emotion.

The family unit is stretched to the breaking point and its’ effecting job performance at every level. What we’re seeing a reaction to their emotional with outbursts of anger to the people around them.

In many cases they are not talking out about their emotions and how they really feel . . . . they are living with bundled upped emotions. Those emotions will cause stress issues, illness, depression or worst.

There may be times that you sense this with your customers . . . . ask them if they want to talk about it or better yet ask them how they feel about what they’re going through.

Encourage them to talk to you and when they open up to they will release their bundled upped emotions . . . . and when they do it will feel like a giant weight being lifted off their back.

The Law of Use It or Lose It

Motivational Power Quote

The Law of Use It or Lose It
“God gives everyone certain attributes, characteristics, talents, and
then He Says, “If you use what you have I’ll increase it, but if
you don’t use it you lose it,” use it or lost it; it’s a law.”
Charlie “Tremendous” Jones, Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

The law of use it or lose it

We all have been blessed with certain qualities, characteristics, talents and traits.

What you do with what we have . . . . makes all the difference in where your life’s journey takes you. You can take what you have and use them to the best of your ability and what you have expands and multiplies.

Or you can look at what you have and say that you’ve been dealt a bad hand and it’s unfair and pack it in.

It’s not what you have . . . .

Some people will have far more then you have and some people will have less . . . . What they have doesn’t matter you.

You have to use what you have to the best of your ability to get what you want.

What essential is do your best with what you have . . . . When you make a commitment to yourself to become better at what you do or to stretch yourself to reach a goal, you’re committing yourself to expand your horizons and to achieve your objectives.

The law of use it or lose it . . . . take what you have and put them to consistent and productive use and you will find that what you have will continually expand into a powerful force.
