Where do you stand in your profession?

Do you fit into the norm, become part of the group and blend into that background? This group comprises nearly 80% of any profession and is at best are stuck in natural. They will find themselves slipping into reverse and off the success radar.

Being part of the norm in any profession is commonplace and provides very little motivation for someone to seek them out for business purposes or to do business with them.

Or do you standout in your profession, do the amazing, have your customers say WOW, exceed expectations and follow the path less traveled to achieve your goals? Welcome to the top 20% of your profession the world of the movers and shakers.

When you are in the top 20% of your professions not only do you standout. People will seek you out for your advice and counsel. Your customers will return to you, creating additional business opportunities and a major part of your future business comes will come from repeat business and referrals.

The difference between be ordinary and standing out and to be extraordinary is a personal choice.

To standout and become part of the top 20% in your profession in the choice to work hard to become the best at what you do. The sheer will to be the best at what you do is reinforced with the persistence and determination to stay the course and not to quit on yourself. Put yourself over the top and into the top and into the top 20% of your profession.

Where do you stand in your profession today is a consequence of your past choices. Where you stand in the future will be the result of the choices you make today and in the future.
