Aim high and long

Your dreams are your hopes for your future . . . . aim high and dream big dreams.

Turn your dreams into goals . . . . and turn your goals into your mission.

When you set your goals . . . . aim high and set big goals.

It is far better to have big goals and fall a little short . . . . then to set goals that will not stretch you as a person and hit them. To make forward progress in your career your goals should . . . . be stretching you forward.

Don’t be concerned about what other people are doing or achieving . . . . Focus your goals and dreams on what you want to achieve. Focus on getting a little better each day and focus on creating forward momentum.

Aim high and long . . . . a successful career in not made in a day. Your career is build on stepping stones that move you forwards and in having high goals and a long view on your success journey.
