As I see it . . . . . . .

Success is achieved with discipline

When you see a team standing in the winner’s circle . . . . the fans applaud their teams efforts and relish the thoughts of their team being recognized as a champion.

What may not be so apparent is the grind that the team had to go through to earn the title of champion.

Winning takes discipline . . . . to prepare for the season and to prepare themselves to be a winners.

There are many battles that the team and players go through during the season. They have to push through the pain of an injury to stay in the game and to continue to play at a peak level. They have to come back after a big lost and get their heads into the next game.   

Winning is not a one game thing . . . . it’s the grind that keeps you competitive and it’s the discipline that keeps you in the game.

Success is achieves with discipline . . . . When your willing to go through the grind to get to the tops and have the discipline to keep your head in the game the winners circle will be there for you to step into.
