As I see it. . . . . . . .

Focus on your goals  

You can’t hit your target unless . . . . you aim for the bull’s-eye.

You won’t hit the goals  with accuracy . . . . until you clearly define your target . . . . and know what your aiming for.

Focus on the goals . . . . and keep your eyes on your target.

Prioritize your goals by putting them into their order of importance and by putting them into writing . . . . Focus you efforts on your key goals that will have the biggest impact on your career and that will move you in the direction of your goals . . . .

The closer that you can indentify with your goals . . . . by their priorities the sharper your target will become. You will have indentified what will have to be achieved in order for you to reach your objectives.  

When you have a sharp target to aim for you increase your accuracy of hitting your target.

Focus on your goals . . . . and you will have  laser focus in your energy and activities to hit a defined target. Your focus will allow you to hit your target with great accuracy.
