As I see it . . . . . . .

The measure of an ambitious goal

An ambitious will stretch your limits beyond their current levels . . . . and test your determination to successfully achieve that goal.

You will not find ambitious goals in your comfort zone . . . . or in the safe harbor of doing what you have always done. An ambitious goal is of out of your current reach . . . . but you can clearly see it.

The measure of an ambitious goal . . . . is in what the pursuit of that goal makes you.

• It will stretch your limits forward to greater achievement

• It will build your confidence and that confidence will open the doors   to greater opportunities

• You will discover that you have the ability to achieve greater success in the future

• You have to step out of your comfort zone to reach your full potential and to achieve your goals

• You will become a new person once you stretch yourself forward and  you will release your personal power to take on bigger and more ambitious goals successfully.

Small Business Will Move the Country Forward

As I see it . . . . . . .

Small business will move the country forward

So Goes Small business – so goes the country

Small businesses will lead the country out of the recession . . . . Yes we are still in a recession.

If you don’t believe me look at the number of small businesses that have closed in your community and the real unemployment and underemployed numbers. 

The job creation will be driven by small and medium size business and those businesses are the strength of America  . . . . and will lead the country out of the recession.

As the small and medium sizes grow they will sell more goods and services. As a result they will hire more people and create demand for more goods to be manufactured creating more manufacturing jobs.

As the small and medium businesses grow . . . . They will create greater amounts of tax revenue being collected at a local, state and federal level.

There will be a rippling effect throughout the economy . . . . more commercial real estate will be sold and rented. More people will be commuting to work creating more demand for autos. More people will become independent and less dependent on the government for their existence.

As the small and medium size businesses grow, the middle class will grow. More home will be sold and the graduating college students will be able to find jobs. 

Small business will move the country forward . . . . So goes small business – so goes the country . . . . Small business will lead America out of the recession and back into prosperity.

The cost of success

All long term success is paid for in advance . . . . Part of that payment is paid in the time that’s has to be invested to achieve success. There is also the investment in the effort to become successful.

What we see in successful people is the result of their efforts . . . . In most cases we never see the determination and commitment that has be paid in advance to create the success.

Here’s the key . . . . successful people have paid the price of disciple to achieve the status of earning their success.

In knowing and interviewing success people they look at their success journey as a mission to achieve their objectives. They will freely sharing their experiences and they look at their disciple as a major factor in their achievement.

The cost of success . . . . is paid for in advance and their disciple is part of the cost.

If I make you comfortable being in my presents . . . . you will communicate with me and understand me.

If I ask you questions . . . . you will tell me.

If I listen . . . . I will hear you.

If I hear you . . . . I will understand you.

If I make you feel important . . . . you will like being in my company.

You don’t understand me . . . . is deeply rooted in poor commutations.

Poor communication . . . . becomes a bi-product of not proactively listening to the person who is speaking.

You don’t understand me is at the root of close to 70% of all the divorces in the country. And a major factor of broken relationship in business and lost business opportunities.
