Breaking old habits


If an old habits is not contributing to you success; break them.


Old habits that are a negative influence on you, your life and success is like carry an anchor around your neck everyday. You’re carrying a lot of weight with positive benefits.


Don’t be anchored by those old bad habits; break them.


It will take a commitment on your part and consistent affords to break those old unproductive habits. As you drop those old habits will feel the weight being lifted off your shoulders and your steps becoming quicker and easier.


It will take about 28 days to break an old bad habit. The best way to break an old habit is to replace it with a new productive habit.


Once those old bad habits are broken your world will change.


Breaking old habits is a process and you can do anything that you’re determined to do.
