It’s not a matter about fitting in: winners stand out.

Be a one of a kind, stand out and be recognized for whom you are and what you do, not for what someone else wants you to be.

When you stand out you may become a target, for people with small mines that snipe at you become you stand out.

People that fit in become a member of the pack. When you stand out you lead the pack.
