As I see it . . . . . . .
2 principles of fulfillment in your
career
It seems that as I travel through the
country and meet people in my training programs and consulting assignment I
meet a number of people that are trapped in I hate my job.
The person that hates their job can only
go in one direction by continuing doing what they are doing and . . . . that’s
straight down hill.
The 2 key principles of fulfillment in
your career is . . . . you have to find something that your really interested
in and something you can do well.
You have to find the path to what
interests you and what you enjoy doing to make the most out of your career.
When you’re doing what interests you . . . . It will hold your interest and will
light the passion of your enthusiasm to drive you to higher level of
achievement in your career.
To reach a higher level in your career
you will have to do what you’re doing well. When you enjoy what you’re doing
you will motivation yourself to become better in your profession.
The 2 key principles of fulfillment in
your career . . . . is to find out what interests you . . . . and to become
really good at doing it.
