The difference between a good and great leader

A good leader asks people to follow and in believe in them.

A great leader inspires the people around them and show confidence in them as people. As a result the people will willingly to follow a great leader without being asked.

Great leaders don’t start out to be a great leader they earn that right through their integrity and in the consistency of their actions. What makes a leader great is in the eyes of the followers.

When you speak to a great leader you will find them to be humble people who have stretched themselves beyond their limits in very challenging times.

They generously give credit to other people for their success and are appreciative of there efforts. 

The difference between a good leader and great leader . . . . With a good leader it’s all about them with a great leader it’s all about the people.
