As I see it . . . . . . .
You can always try
You will be asked to do many things for
you customers . . . . You can always try and you can do your best.
There will be times that customers ask
you to do the impossible . . . . How you handle their request will make all the
difference in the business relationship and the outcome of the request.
You can tell your customers that’s its
not possible and walk away from the request. Or you can tell your customers
that what they’re asking for is considered impossible . . . . But you will do
your best to do it for them.
When winners are asked to do the
impossible they will find a way to do it.
When a customer asks for the impossible
. . . . You have to look at the request with a positive attitude and talk to
the customer about finding an expectable outcome.
When it’s impossible you can always try
. . . . and you will amaze yourself on what your capable of doing.
