As I see it . . . . . . .

Customers are looking for innovation

People want what’s new and cutting edge. A good example of this is the iPhone . . . . when a new model comes out the preorders are overwhelming . There’s a line of customers wrapped around the mall waiting to pick up their new iPhone.

Customers will wait in line for an iPhone for hours and won’t walk across the street for old or outdated technology.

The real estate business is in the same state of change . . . . customers want innovation . . . . not the same old same old stuff.

Customers are not looking for fluff . . . . they want the real stuff.

When they list their home they want it sold . . . . when you’re working a buyer they want the transaction  to go smooth and they both want a real estate professional that can deliver the goods.

Customers are looking for innervations . . . . in the real estate transaction.
