Influence is guiding your customers through the sales and business process and in helping them to make good business decisions.

Your customers will have to see you as someone they trust and have confidence in you . . . . to listen to you . . . . and to do business with you.

Having the ability to create a business relationship to where you have the ability to influence your customers is earned . . . . through your actions is a critical element in a successful business relationship..
