Customers buy the sizzle

When you tell the customer how it works . . . . your appealing to their logic.

When you tell a story on the benefits it will have a positive impact on their life  . . . . and how they will enjoy it  . . . . your customer is buying the sizzle.

About 15% of the American public will buy the logic . . . . 85% will buy the sizzle.

You have to explain the facts to the customers . . . . and the benefits that facts will have on their life. But when everything is said and done they want the sizzle.

The sale and purchase of real estate is an emotion endeavor for your customers. Your customers will buy with their emotions and later justify it through their logic.

When the customers becomes emotionally involved with what they’re looking at . . . . that emotion has an enormously impact on them and they will buy what their looking at.

Customers buy the sizzle . . . . and that sizzle is an emotional step in the sales process. The real estate professional that creates that sizzle creates a stepping stone to the sale.
