As I see it . . . . . . .

Looking for loopholes

There are those who work hard to find a way . . . . and they are the ones that work hard to get things done. As a result they create far more successful outcomes.

There are those that when they need answers . . . . will dodge the question and look for the loopholes . . . . or try to deflect the question to someone else.

There are real estate professionals that follow the Code of Ethics . . . . and standout as a professional.

There are those who will try to dodge the Code of Ethics . . . . they may get away with for a while. But in the long run their time is misspent in trying to dodge the Code of Ethics ratter then in investing their time in following the Code of Ethics and in their customer’s best interests.

There are those who take the high road and succeed . . . . and there are those who waste their life looking for loopholes.
