Nothing remains the same . . . . and it can be said that we live our life in a constant state of change.

Rigid thinking becomes unbending to change . . . . and resists it at every turn. Fighting change will exhaust a person’s energy and misdirect it from productive activity into fighting a losing battle. Also fighting change will stress a person out without any redeeming benefits.

Let change be with you . . . . is the way you look at change.

Rather than resisting the change look at it from a big picture prospective . . . . Ask yourself what are the benefits that the change offers . . . . and what are the opportunities within the change.

Respond to change with a positive outlook and you will see the benefits . . . . the opportunities . . . . and the best way to adapt and make the most out of  the change.
