Master the Situation

Master the Situation
“To be a great leader and to always master of the situation one
must of necessity have been a great thinker in action.
An eagle was never yet hatched from a goose’s egg.”
James Thomas, Basketball player

As I see it . . . . . . .

Master the situation

Five of the critical elements of mastering the situation . . . . is to think clearly . . . .  make good decisions . . . . remain composed . . . .  act on the situation with purpose . . . . and to stick with it until you achieve successful results.

Thinking clearly . . . . allows you to look at the situation as it really is and to formulate a plan to create a successful outcome.

Making decisions . . . . Comes in clear thinking . . . . and in not overacting to the situation. In responding to the situation, with a plan and a course on action to resolve the situation successfully . . . . you will make far better decisions.

Remain composed . . . . No matter how intense the situation becomes remain the calmest person in the room and you will remain focused on the solution to situation.

Act on the situation . . . . with the purpose of removing it . . . . Correcting it . . . . adjusting it . . . . and putting it behind you.

Stick with it . . . . until you create a successful outcome.

You can meter the situation . . . . when you look at it realistically . . . . and focus you efforts on finding a successful outcome.
