People want to know how much you care
In any business environment your
customers want to know that you understand their needs . . . . that you will
put their interests ahead of your own . . . . and that you care about them
When your customers feel that you do you
greatly increase the likelihood of doing business with them. If your customers
feel that any of the elements are missing the likelihood of doing business with
you will be greatly diminished.
Accept your customers for who they are .
. . . it a business transaction not a life changing experience. And demonstrate
through your actions that understand their needs . . . . and that you care
about them as people.
People want to know how much you care .
. . . in business when the customers feel you care about them and their needs
the transaction goes much smoother.
