Remain Composed Under Pressure

Remain Composed Under Pressure
“Pressure makes diamonds.”
General George Patton 1885- 1945, General U.S. Army

As I see it . . . . . . .
Remain composed under pressure

We are very much like a diamond . . . . and our true self will be molded under the pressures in life.

At one time or another we will come under some form of pressure some being very intense . . . . and some just in passing.

Your life will be formed under intense pressure. How you handle the intense pressures in your life . . . .  and how you work your way through those intense pressures will determine who you become . . . . and how high you’ll soar.

Being composed in any situation . . . . creates a strategic advantage in your personal life and in your career.

Remain composed under pressure . . . . and you will remain in control of your emotions. You will also make far better decisions in controlling the outcome . . . . and in achieving your goals.

A Commitment to Excellence

Excellence is not a destination . . . . it’s a continued process of getting better until you become the best.

Vince Lombardi, legendary football coach shared the following thoughts “The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.”

Excellence is a life long journey . . . . and that journey starts from where you are today.

Excellence is a process of stretching yourself out of your comfort zone . . . . in into the possibility zone.

Make the commitment of daily incremental personal improvement and each day becomes a stepping stone to achieving that excellence in your life.

When you make a commitment to excellence . . . . and follow through on that commitment you change your life and the foundation for your career.

When Your Standing Still the World Passes You By

When Your Standing Still the World Passes You By
“Don’t be fooled by the calendar.
There are only as many days in the year
that you make use of.”
Charles Richards, Canadian Judge and Politician

As I see it . . . . . . .
When your standing still the world passes you by

The world will pass you by if you’re content to continue to stay where you’re standing today.

There is no standing still . . . . If you want to make forward progress you have to keep moving in the direction of your goals and objectives.

Complaining about your station in life will not correct any situation that you find yourself in.  When someone is complaining about their conditions they are not making any meaningful progress . . . . and they are making the situation becomes worst.

You choice is your either to keep moving forward . . . . or you’ll falling behind.

Falling behind becomes a slow death spiral of success . . . . there is no standing still. Know the direction that you want to go in . . . . and make steady progress in that direction to achieve your objectives.

Don’t let the world pass you by. Set your course for your success journey and take the steps that will continually move you forward in the direction of achieving your goals and objectives.

When your standing still the world passes you by . . . .

Your Faith is Your Strength

Your Faith is Your Strength
“All the strength and force of man
comes from his faith in things unseen.
He who believes is strong;
he who doubts is weak.
strong convictions precede great action.”
James Freeman Clarke, Author, Unitarian Minister

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your faith is your strength

Your faith becomes the foundation of the type of life you live and the path that you follow in your life. Your faith will be built on both tangible and things unseen. The strength of your faith becomes your convictions and those convictions will determine the size of your actions and the size of your life.

Higher levels of success will be achieved by those who have faith in themselves and will act with confidence and certainty.

Build your faith on bedrock and your faith will withstand the winds of adversity.

Deeply rooted faith will become the cornerstone of your career and your faith becomes your strength to take into the winner’s circle of life.

You Either Have It or You Don’t

You can’t buy it . . . .

No Road is Too Long For a Professional Who Persists

No Road is Too Long For A Professional Who Persists
“No road is too long for him who advances slowly and does not
hurry, no attainment is beyond his reach  who equips
himself with patience to achieve it.”

As I see it . . . . . . .

No road is too long for a professional who persists

You Control the Intensity of Your Motivation

You Control the Intensity of Your Motivation
‘Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light
that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly.”
Stephen R. Covey 1932 - 2012, American Educator, Author,
Businessman, Keynote Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

You control the intensity of your motivation

Motivation is the fire that burns from within you . . . . you’re the only person that can light . . . . and keep it burning.

People will come into your life and attempt to light the fire of motivation for you. If they are able to create a spark the only way that spark will turn into a flame of motivation is when you light the fire of motivation within you.

If a person relies on other person to light the fire of motivation within them and to keeps it burning. They will come to find that the spark of motivation will flicker . . . . and burn out quickly.

You have the ability to light the spark of motivation within you . . . . and to turn the motivation into a passion to reach your goals.

Your motivation will encourage you to do a little more . . . .  try a little harder . . . . and to stay on purpose to see your goals through until you have achieved a successful outcome.

Light the fire of your motivation . . . . and keep your flame burning bright.

Motivation is the fire that burns within . . . . and with passion you turn your motivation into a world of possibility.

You control the intensity of your motivation . . . . and how hot it burns within you.

The successful people in life and in business will tell that a big part of their success comes through making people feel important . . . . and helping to get them what they want. As you help others attract more of what they want in their life you attract more of what you want into your life.

Making people feel important, makes them feel good about themselves . . . . and in turn you will form a lasting business relationship with them based on rapport, trust and confidence.

The people that you meet are subliminally saying to you . . . . make me feel important and when you do, you positively move their world. Also new doors will open that where once not there for you in the past.

Everyone wants to feel important . . . . Do your best to help them to feel that way and you will nurture your relationships to a higher and more productive level.

A Continuous Learner Attracts Business Opportunities

Motivational Power Quote

A Continuous Learner Attracts Business Opportunities
“A man to carry on a successful business must have imagination.
He must see things a in a vision, a dream of the whole thing.”
Charles M. Schwab 1862 - 1959, American Steel Magnate

As I see it . . . . . . .

A continuous learner attracts business opportunities

The flexible people of the world have the passion to acquirer the skills to reach greater heights of success and the passion to use them effectively.

Those who are willing to embrace learning in a changing business environment will attract new business opportunities and success in the future. While the non-learner will straggle to keep pace and will no longer be able to effectively compete in the marketplace.

The learners keep the flame of their dreams burning brightly in their thoughts and they make them come true in their actions.

A commitment to continuous learning to acquire the necessary skills to create a cutting edge business advantage is a must. To effectively compete in a competitive world continuous learning is no longer optional it become a must to stay completive . . . . and to achieve grater success.

Success will be attracted by those who have educated themselves and effectively apply their new skills with a purpose. At the same time others will not be able to keep up without the education and the new skills.

As I see it . . . . . . .

Getting better one step at the time

In times of facing difficulties you will have to determine how you’ll respond to the conditions. How you’re going to resolve your challenges and the difficulties using the power of your thinking and your attitude.
